There are numerous ways to work with colour as a therapy.
When you work with colour you work with energy. You are working and using the different vibrations of colour and light. Colour plays a very important role in our lives and in our homes. Colour arouses within us feelings and emotions.
The use of colour as a healing agent is not new it has been practised for many thousands of years by people before us who have understood colour better then we will ever today.
Colour sends an immediate message to the mind and to others of an energy exchange.
Colour can communicate both consciously and subconsciously. It can give you an immediate energy pick up.
Over the past 15 years as a colour therapist I have found combing the energy of the chakras with the personal energy of numbers and then adding the energy of your home environment is a unique and wonderful way to detox the mind, the body and the environment.
This unique way of working with colour allows you to work from the outside to the inside and the inside to the outside.
It allows the person to detach from the emotions which are causing personal pain and problems to work with an energy that they can see physically and change physically which in turn will affect their personal emotions and the energy within their body.
When I work and when I teach I combine the colour energy of the chakras within the body, the five elements for the environment and then the numerology of the person and finally the numerology of their environment. There is a common denominator that all matches up. A formula and system which works.
That is why you will see stunning and in creditable results with anyone who has followed the system.
From loosing weight, fighting depression, coping with cancer, women and children suffering low self esteem and low confidence right through helping clients change their careers, financial situations and personal relationships the colour therapy formula and system achieves it all.
When you work through a formula and unique system you can do nothing but get results. Why because you are going to the core of the problem. Not fluffy over the top.
The numbers tell you exactly who you are, what you attract subconsciously, what energy you are in at the present time, what energy you will experience for the year, what energy you will experience for the next month. Numbers give you the choice of action and complete awareness of you and the universal energies around you. An easy way to see the law of attraction.
Colours give you power, choice and energy. Working with colour is the simplest action steps to start a domino effect for change. Every colour has an energy representation. Know what each colour represents and what each colour combination represents and then you can choose – "yes” I want that energy in my life or "no” I refuse to have that energy in my life”. It is power of choice which gives you personal empowerment. When you do not have choice you feel you have no power and no control of your life. The simplest of choice action steps puts you in the driver’s seat.
Environments give you a reality check on what you are creating in your life. When you take an honest look at the décor and layout of your environment you have an immediate reality check which cannot be denied. You are a product of your environment, you create it subconsciously and your subconscious is a reflection of your moods, attitude and feelings.
When you work with colour and placement along with numbers and energy within your environment it allows you to detach from personal emotions and helps you to move forward in an easy way.
