You may put your house on the market but is it really for sale.

Amanda put her house on the market for nine months and no sale. Then she contacted me after hearing one of my radio shows. We worked together and within three weeks a sale and a new life.

You see for the first nine months the property was not really up for sale. Sure enough it was on the market, there was a sign out the front of the house and real estate agents running around doing a great job but achieving nothing. Unit in Toowong

This client asked me to consult after deciding to place her unit on the market. She was really concerned about the sale of her property. She had invited several Real Estate agents to view her property and to obtain a vauluation. All agents had remarked that she would be lucky to get her money back to what she had paid, let alone the money she had invested with shutters and blinds. Her total investment was $242,000.00. When I visited the property it was easy to see that the problem was simply the placement of furniture and art work.
 
I worked with the property simply changing placement of furniture in the entry, lounge, dining and bedrooms. I added colour with pots and pot plants, a newbedspreads for the main. I also changed one painting in the lounge. I smudged the whole unit to lift any negative energy and did an orange energy ritual to give the unit a free feel. Orange blessings are wonderful to lift the energy in any property.
 
The agents were invited back, this time they commented on the great furniture she had bought and how fantastic the unit now felt.
 
She replied saying the furniture was here the first visit. They were happy to put the property on the market $15,000 more then they first suggested. It only took two weeks and she had a contact for $247,000.00. A profit of $5,000.00.

A
bout two years ago I was asked to present on Feng Shui for Real Estate in Brisbane. After the seminar a couple came up to me and asked a couple of questions about an investment property that they had. I gave them a few of cures and said if they needed a full consultation just to give me a call.


 Well the lady did a few weeks ago.


 

 Her and her husband had decided to sell their large home and acreage and retire to something smaller. They were chatting to Kathy (remember the wonderful lady who beat breast cancer and wrote a super book “Bitter Sweet”) well Kathy mentioned to Anne that she should contact me to give her a hand for the sale. As soon as Kathy mentioned my name Anne remembered me from the seminar so gave me a call. We booked a time and I went and spent the afternoon working with Anne on her property.We had such a great time. The home was so beautiful and a treasure to work with. I mentioned to Anne that I had the feeling as if it was going to be so easy to sell.

 

Well that was the Friday.


 

On Monday again the wonderful Kathy had been waving her magic and had organized for me to be part of a radio show with 4BC. I think she is just my earth angel sent to move me along sometimes. Anyway I arrived at the station and had a great time with Moy Cabe.During the evening a lady rang and I suggested to her that she get a set of Chinese Coins and if she called me the following day I would organize them for her. The next day she phoned for the coins and organized a short consultation at the same time. At the end of the consultation I asked for her surname so I could send the parcel.She said Unwin. I said.“I was on a road called Unwin on Friday”. She then asked what I was doing there and I replied that “I was there working on a house that was for sale”.She then replied “was it number 64” and I replied “No that was where I was lost”. She then replied well when you were there you were across the road from me.I told her about the home and she said that she would like to go and take a look.


 A couple of days later she looked at the home.She then called to say how much she loved the home and said that she felt it was her new home. We talked a little about the home and I mentioned how great the energy was in and around the home. I suggested that she meet Anne and have a chat which they did.


 A few days on she phoned to say that she was heading off to the bank manager to have a chat. By this stage I was starting to get excited for her. I was a little concerned that the home may be out of her price range as it was close to $3 million. But when we discussed the price she just replied “oh that is no problem at all”. She said “I have put a picture of the house on my fridge door and marked it my new home”. She said Anne also has a picture of the house on her fridge and marked it sold.Remember that fridge door can work magic at any time.


 

Within a few days contacts where exchanged and there are two very excited ladies ready to move to a new stage in their lives.I think this was serendipity at the max. And all thanks to a wonderful Earth Angel Kathy who put everyone in the right place at the right time. And can you believe they were actually neighbors who had not met before.
